Optimal Construction Ltd has been operating since 1997. We provide general contracting and design and build services to private clients, architects and the public sector. As general contractors, Optimal is responsible for planning and scheduling the manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors required for the timely completion of a construction project. Optimal retains a Consulting Engineers practice for use on design and build projects. We also have an in house Architectural Technician. Optimal have made a level one pledge to Future Foundations, the Charter for Sustainable Construction in the South West. We enjoy challenging and innovative work.
