Optimal Construction has been operating since 1997. We provide general contracting and design and build services to private clients, architects and the public sector. As a Community Interest Company we now specialise in environmentally beneficial buildings using sustainable materials and methods of fabrication. We also build and advise on sustainable practices for buildings and recreation areas used by the community for the advancement of education.
Community Interest Companies put their profits back into the community. We also have a wealth of traditional skills garnered over the last 30 years and are happy to share them before they are forgotten.
As general contractors, Optimal is responsible for planning and scheduling the manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors required for the timely completion of a construction project.
Optimal retains a Consulting Engineers practice for use on design and build projects. We also have an in house Architectural Technician.
Optimal have made a level one pledge to Future Foundations, the Charter for Sustainable Construction in the South West.
